Applicable to: imperus.store, getimperus.com, and all digital products and software (including Pinoir) sold by IMPERUS.
1. Digital Products — No Physical Returns
All products sold by IMPERUS are digital (including software access, digital guides, templates, and online courses). There are no physical goods to return, and this policy governs refunds only — not returns of physical items.
2. Your Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, under EU consumer protection law.
However, because our products are digital content/digital services delivered immediately upon payment, when you complete a purchase and confirm at checkout that you agree to our Terms and Conditions, you expressly:
(a) request that we begin providing the product/service to you immediately, before the 14-day withdrawal period ends; and (b) acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content/service has been fully or partially delivered to you (for example, once you have logged in, downloaded a file, or accessed course/software content).
3. When a Refund May Be Available
If you have not yet accessed, downloaded, or used the product in any material way, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing contact@imperus.store. We will assess these requests on a case-by-case basis.
Once you have accessed, downloaded, or used the product - including but not limited to logging into Pinoir, connecting a Pinterest account, creating or scheduling a pin, downloading a digital guide or template, or accessing course content - the purchase is final and no refund will be issued, except where required by applicable law.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at contact@imperus.store with:
The email address used for the purchase;
The product purchased and the date of purchase;
A brief statement confirming you have not accessed or used the product.
We will respond within a reasonable time and, where a refund is approved, process it within 14 days using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, at no additional cost to you.
5. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances, regardless of the 14-day window:
The product or service has already been accessed, downloaded, or used;
The purchase was for a discounted or promotional price and you are dissatisfied only with a subsequent price change (see our Terms and Conditions, Section 8);
Your access was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions;
The request is made outside the applicable timeframe described in this policy.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund request that does not meet the conditions of this policy, at our sole discretion, where not otherwise required by applicable law.
6. Chargebacks
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us first at contact@imperus.store before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension of your account access while the matter is investigated.
